My stay at Genesis Apartments had its ups and downs. The ocean view was stunning and the location was perfect for accessing the beach and nearby shops. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired, which significantly impacted my experience.

I had a mixed stay at Genesis Apartments. while the location was perfect for beach access and nearby attractions, the apartment itself left much to be desired. The overall condition was quite run down, and I encountered several issues that detracted from my experience.

The apartment was in poor condition. doors were difficult to open and the furniture was very outdated. I found the cleaning standards lacking; the carpet was dirty and there were maintenance issues like a broken TV and damaged shower roof. I definitely expected better given the photos online.
